Every chat is tied to an Autotask ticket, fully transcribed for our records, and the link self-destructs the moment the chat ends.
Each chat has its own private URL that can be opened only once. The moment the technician closes the chat or the recipient's tab is shut, the link is invalidated forever.
Either side can drop in screenshots, log files or installers up to 25 MB. Everything is delivered in-line with the chat - no email attachments to chase.
Every session is anchored to an Autotask Ticket #. Technicians and admins can pull up the full transcript and any shared files later for audit and follow-up.
